I hope you are right, I hope they have a receiver mentality.
For years this board held on as the stock price went down, down ,down.
They tried everything; they diversified, they refinanced, they sold assets, they bought assets, they bought back shares then sold them again cheaper, they drilled holes, they sacked staff, they hired staff.
Despite all these struggles the stock price went down, down, down.
This company will always be worth less than its assets because management has lost the confidence of the market and it won't come back.
The shareholders will get the best return by the company selling the assets and distributing the funds.
The game is over. The fat lady has sung and gone home.
This parrot is dead. Finito.
