Funding and a corporate transaction sounds to me like funding through a transaction at a corporate level like a 3rd party placement or an underwriter.
No tut tut sour grapes with me lol i have been in and out of LRC 4 or 5 times for a very handsome return and i wish that for the rest of holders.
