Just wondering if you have heard any news. I have not had a chance to ring the co but no doubt they have been fielding plenty of calls.

I have to say I don't think they have handled the auditor issue very well especially as the quarter showed they were cash flow positive once legal costs were taken out of the picture. This was a strong fundamental result but no one has really told us this!

In my view it appears they underestimated the auditor report and influence and were certainly underprepared in relation to litigation funding. Given the number of shonks who don't seem to have any issue getting legal funding it is more than surprising to me in this case.

I am still hopeful they will sort this out and confirm we are sitting on a multibagger, however the silence and time between announcements does worry me.
