yes I do tend to agree with your comments, however RTI have been down this litigation path a number of times. They are well known to be trigger happy over the lawyers thing. In OMI's favour is the Australian court case ruling and the number of contracts already signed as well as another big one in the pipeline.
Of course it could go belly up but I'm hoping they do get funding to put this RTI business behind.
