5 days is a bit of a shock for the court case, given the amount they have spent to date. It is good to hear they are confident about this as it appears the only outstanding issue now given the good news on funding.
Didn't sound good about the health of Bruce Kiehne, hopefully it is not too serious and the finalisation of this case can go some way to mending whatever the problem is.
Was there any discussion on possible European deals?
