Attended the AGM.
As stated in the releases, they have sorted out the funding and are meeting with the ASX asap, possibly today. Depending on ASX requirements they should relist very soon.

The court case should only take 5 days , that's how it goes in the USA. The judge wanders away to contemplate a decision and hopefully we'll know which way the wind blows before xmas. Spoke afterwards re court case and OMI are as confident as can be for a win, as RTI have already reduced the number of litagous(is that a word) points they are bringing against OMI. RTI are also in court against B&D, so it seems like RTI are just trying to keep OMI out as long as possible as the syringes work completely differently.
They also suggest that a number of sophisticated investor are waiting in the sidelines for this outcome. Also early next year the EU are bringing in laws like the USA re needle stick injuries.
Given all of the above , once OMI relists I'm buying.
