I find the language used by the company to be curious. They just raised circa $80m (in theory) making the company near debt free. Why would they need to (a) raise capital, or (b)(negatively) restructure banking. Has it used all this cash in just 2 months?

Has the company kept the market informed of any variation in performance?

Why go into suspension rather than a trading halt? Seems like they want more than 2 trading days to sort out.

Any thoughts?
