Here is a copy of an e-mail I sent to the company today.

"PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO TONY SHEPHERD-CHAIRMAN

    Dear Sir,
My name is xxxx and my SMSF has a considerable number of TSE shares. Since we bought these shares
the price has decreased considerably culminating in the suspension at $3.50 per share.
Whilst a part of the decline can be attributed to the recent economic conditions, the decline started last year and is directly
related to the company's performance and the markets perception of the directors and managers ability to manage the company.
Clearly the market does not have any confidence in this regard.
The directors have treated the shareholders an a most appalling and arrogant manner, with very little communication to shareholders or the market apart from "she'll be right" statements saying you can't understand why the market does not rate the
    company higher.
To reinforce the arrogance towards shareholders, I have read in "The Age" today that TSE will make a share issue to institutions and retail shareholders at between $1.55 to $1.80 per share. As the company has not denied the report one can assume it is accurate. This will of course further prostitute the share price, probably to about $1.40-$1.50 per share. In other words you propose to decimate what remaining value there is by roughly 50%, and all without any reference or explanation to share holders before hand. Recent attempts to raise money in this manner by ASX companies have had disastrous results for their share price, so it is not as if the results cannot be predicted!
This assumes the need to raise money is critical and that there are no other options. What makes it so urgent?
Clearly you and the board believe this is the best solution, however I strongly disagree and without any explanation from youselves do not support the idea.

I call upon you and the rest of the board to resign, citing the directors lack of confidence in their ability to add shareholder value and their inadequate capital management skills.

I look forward to your comments or actions,"
