    Here we go again - as expected, a suspension because MHL could not get its act together during the trading halt.

    Seems that ASX does not know its own rules.

    A company must state a date by which it expects to have the suspension lifted.

    If MHL supplied this date to ASX, then surely ASX should have done us the courtesy of passing on this date to us.

    After all, it is our capital that is locked up for an unknown period - not the ASX's.
