Yeah that's when they hired some group to look at corporate opportunities, but then the GFC hit and it was all put on the backburner.
No GFC this time around but I'll be more comfortable when it's actually confirmed.
Both the trading halt and suspension refer to a 'potential' corporate action, so by no means a dead cert.
