Little or no chance of Destra IMHO, they have their own problems & their Quickflix investment has turned to lead. The only takeover might be EzyDVD taking it to back door list. Video downloads are ages away, NO one in the US has made it work & most have lost masses of cash along the way. Unlike in the early video/DVD rental days, the studios are looking for huge upfronts and at least 60/40 revenue splits their way. They won't get caught napping a second time. The other problem is the windows allowed for delivery of product. Even the hooplah surrounding Apple's entry, can't mask the fact that most of the content is old. Only when download & shop rental sychronise will it tilt in favour of download (presuming speed & capacity have improved by then). Foxtel will use its cloat to stop that, unless they can move up the food chain too.
