It is on the list of suspended companies by ASX for failing to lodge accounts to December 2010.
ASX may be fine, but company shares can not trade until released from suspension.
Beats me what they want to review, they had whole weekend and yesterday to get their act together.
I suspect there must be some disagreement between the company and auditors regarding the numbers.
