cut them some slack . some people are only good at posting negative things. and dont know and understand the annoucments a lot of the time
most of the time there is a trading halt before a suspension. aar is a good example just very recent they did not raise a lot of money but it still took a few extra days
the company aim to get it finalised and before the trading halt if not they then need to have a suspension
