In the past, when I have seen a trading halt, then a suspension, especially when preceeded by no significant price action, it has turned out to be a bad announcement. I recall in particular ALL and PTD. This is why I say it looks bad.
I will be happy to be corrected on my thinking by anyone who has more experience on this situation.

Having said that, I have no information at all on what the announcement is going to be. I am crossing my fingers and toes that it is going to be a good one, especially since it looks like I'm not going to be able to get out before the announcement is made.
