How can you say that it looks bad when you or the market doesn't even know what the announcement is at this point in time?
Would you blantantly sell a company without first finding out what the information is? Of course not.
Just because they have gone into Suspense doesn't automatically mean that the announcement is going to be bad - be informed before making that statement.
