David Richardson gets 43.58% of company for $1.5mil. This means SOO has cap of $3.51mil.
Last traded price is 15.5c for a cap of approx $12.4mil.
But new cap is $3.51mil so share price to start trading again at 0.044c
Is this right? If so, what a disaster.
I cant see a light at the end of this tunnel.
