I think once the spp is complete and another positive announcement is made, (arr should be due to hit 20mill in September at current growth and I believe they will announce it to the market when its reached) there should be a breakout on the cup and handle that has formed and we will be fairly quickly heading to 80c and beyond. Of course anything can happen.
