    Agree and I can't see that much capital would be needed to restart Surprise . There is a well site with a tank already there and the oil is pumped into it and then offloaded into a tanker fleet that drives about 450 kms to Alice Springs. I think they hired the tankers before. It should be cheap and straight forward to recommence operations there,
