From memory the BEP was at about $US 70 to US$75 per barrel.
Hence why when the oil price slumped, Surprise was shut down.
But I agree with you that the well is not recharging at the anticipated rates as expected.
From memory, we had to even install a lift pump to keep it in production as the pressure was reducing quickly.
