Shareholders are already despondent and have lost our money anyway, so what difference does it make?
News is out re: a possible class action, and all press is damning the company & (past) management, so there's not too much to look forward to. It looks like the share price may keep falling anyway, until we hear more in Aug (but then, we are still not being told everything - ie info re: the failed contract is not forthcoming).
The question to ask now is, do we stay in under the re-assembled management and hope for a turnaround or a buyout (do the whispers of ASOS or Alibaba hold any weight?)? If so, for how much & when?
Or do we leave and make our $$ back elsewhere, with the class action hibernating in the back of our minds for the next 2-3 years or however long it may take.
