If you look at Norton Gold Fields' (NGF) June 2010 quarterly report you will find a short paragraph where they mention that they are looking to make deals with neighbouring miners to process their ore. Some (all?) of CRK's tenements are near to the NGF mill, and I believe some deal is likely to be considered between these two companies, although nothing has been announced at this stage.

When I held NGF shares I was told by their former CFO that they needed to lower the costs of their mill, which was under-utilised, and I suggested to them that as CRK's tenements were close by they ought to do some toll treatment of CRK ore (similar to what SBM is, or intends to, do with nearby miners). I also emailed this suggestion to NGF.
