This is beyond soaking now. Someone is buying in and they have a higher price limit for buying in... doesn't look like it's died out. I would expect to see a substantial holder notice soon.
It could also be shorts closing positions ahead of the AGM. Shorts have already dropped significantly but they didn't drive the price up much in the process until recently.
