Anyone with an update on this. Clearly no issue in terms of the deal with NST proceeding. Hopefully the company puts out an announcement today although perhaps we need to wait for some sort of written judgement??? Anyone have some sort of tangible news?? Interesting that Bill Beamont said the deal was going ahead prior to the Court Case. Makes me think there has been a settlement between MLX and TAM - hopefully a bunch of sweet grapes as a replacement.
