TAM have said enough by doing a deal with NST and they believe they are right, otherwise they wouldn't have done a deal with NST. I would not be at all surprised if TAM said to NST move ahead with the deal so we don't get forced into retreating. See the problem is when you change your mind on matters like this, there can only be one winner and the meat in sandwich is the company that changed their mind.
For TAM's sake I hope they win.
