    I wouldn't focus on the amount of damages, these are always inflated to frighten people off. The issue is TAM are bringing the case aren't they? Its not MLX?
    So what I think you will find is now that NST have actually announced that MLX can bring their case fwd and seek injunction, I suppose. Unless an agreement is reached beforehand.
