It may take a day or two, I'd doubt whether the judgement will be made on the day, the Judges will make a decision and it will be on the website as soon as it is released.

I'll be looking regularly and it will be interesting to see how long it takes IRL to make the announcement, it may be a chance of beating the market if you're quick enough. IF they lose I don't think it will make any difference to the shareprice, but if they win it might be worth buying everything on the market up to 1.2 cents.
