    It is highly unlikely to be delayed as the Supreme Court List for the 19th August has now been set down.

    The case is noted as item 204 on page 123 and is shown as (FOR FINAL DISPOSAL)

    Keep an eye out for the result, you might see it on the Supreme Court of India website before the announcement is made. If its a big win, it should even make it into the newspapers in Australia. Its like David and Goliath, imagine making HCL   pay some money to IRL.
