I read somewhere that it would take the next 300 years for all current cases to work their way through the Indian court system. I wouldn't be expecting a result any time soon and I'm sure most investors aren't either. Plus it would be a major surprise if a foreign-owned entity won a Supreme court case against an Indian Government owned subsidiary. Nevertheless at least the judicial system in India is independent of said Government.
