Judges do not give anticipated dates for Judgements.
Judging from the current share price investors seem certain that IRL will lose the case, otherwise you would think that there would be some buyers taking the chance at .007c especially considering the upside if IRL wins. The fact that a Judgement hasn't been made already means that it is a complicated issue and is not clear cut. IRL had the larger Legal team, I hope they were worth their salt. So I still remain hopeful of a positive outcome.
