Apart from a few documents to be lodged by the barristers by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, the BAR20 liquor licence appeal concluded around 4:00 pm today [Tuesday].
Although PPN's barrister brought his "A Game" today and performed brilliantly, the issues are complex and the decision could go either way.
In due course, the Judge will make a decision on whether the VCAT decision contains errors in law.
