There certainly won't be a November divi imho, they've pretty much admitted that. As for next year, it all depends on how much of Martha Cove they sell over summer, and how much they sell it for. The real value seems to be in the Gold Coast sites at Paradise Resorts and GoldCoast International, but it could take a while to unlock that value....
