good management would be doing their utmost to get as much good information out in the public forum PRIOR to announcing any rights issue! quite amazing that they said they were looking at raising capital in january, now half way through march and they still havent done it...

i guess the resolution with the south africans would have put some more $$$ in the till, we know the south africans were holding $1 million + at end of december pending resolution. remain unsure if the sale price included that $1 million or if the sale is in addition too???

with all the R&D write downs in the half yearly id estimate they might get close to $2 million back from the ATO at end of the financial year. clearly some strange trading is taking place, a run up prior to last fridays news....
