In my experience oil people want to drill. Money people sometimes don’t: the classic saying of why ruin a great prospect by drilling it!
The two directors here are oil people but a lot more than just that.
One worked for the government and saw all the data on this prospect many many years ago. It was so robust and compelling that he waited over a decade and as soon as it was clear Mugabe was going he moved in. He other director was the head of exploration for Mobil. He found the prospect nearly 30 years ago. Knew it was huge and robust but couldn’t drill it because company orders was oil not gas. He has waited 30years to drill it!
So both of the directors will be itching to drill this make no mistake.
I found it very interesting that the company chose not to issue volumetrics with their presentation yet he invictus prezza I have posted above does. Maybe the company have plans to issue a bit more detail about how big this target could be?
