there are several things in my mind that I haven't yet found the words to express fully but as a rough outline

1) On face value, the announcement of Bhandari stepping down could have had far worse consequences if it was viewed as him leaving the sinking ship, ostensibly only a 3% drop on the news (AIM)

2) GSPC, if we assume their witholding funds is due to a policy shift in not funding upstream development then there are bigger JV questions to be answered

3) GSPC, if we assume the wotholding is due to a breakdown in relations, then as mentioned by someone today, OEX should be suing them

4) Do Zeta have a legit claim, can they be appeased by gaining control of the board, or do they just want out

5) The fact that the Oz brokers and indeed the UK Nomad haven't resigned to me says something, I think if a nomad had a sniff of malfeasance they would be gone already
