I think Bhandari was going to get thrown out at the AGM anyway considering the anger out there from holders so it appears he is abandoning this sinking ship. It wouldn't surprise me if Jeff Auld and Chris Bath will be the next ones to depart. These men are much younger than Ron and Max and being associated with Oilex alleged shady misconduct could be very damaging for their future career prospects. So that leave Ron n Max pretty much at retirement age with no incentive to make Oilex profitable with a nice trust account structure to sail off with shareholder funds.
