As we seem to have time on our hands, i thought it prudent to start doing some more research on SDL and find out a bit more about them.

For starters, the following link is to the Sundance website and their most recent announced reports, be they Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual, etc.

    http://www.sundanceresources.com.au/irm/content/quarterly-half-year-reports.aspx?RID=222

These reports provide a relatively quick 'update' on SDL's current status, It appears they are currently due to provide their 2018 Annual Report, so that is something to look forward to - it can and should be announced whilst they are still in suspension.

Like ANS they appear essentially to be a shell, treading water, trying to spend little, all-the-while waiting for project funding. Their website certainly needs some updating - they only have three current directors but their "Investor Fact Sheet" lists former directors that haven't been there for some time. Broker Coverage is out of date, with the last posted dating back to 2014. Clearly not a priority when funds are scarce, but even so, not a good look.

The website contains good info on the Mbalam-Nabeba Project and the resource numbers look impressive - clearly a desirable project for the Chinese. I'm still getting through it all myself in spare time.

So the SDL website is certainly worth a look for all ANS holders, if you haven't already.

Constructive comments and contributions are welcome - if SDL holders want to stroll over and contribute positively to assist us to learn more about their company then you are most welcome. If you want to come over here and trample around, spruiking more of the BS that i have read recently (even from today.... rolleyes.png), on both ANS and SDL threads, the Ignore Button will be actively used.

    Happy researching and GLTAH.
