Thanks thurman, that is exactly the project to which I referred. There are a few rumours going around the construction business that WTP have scored another significant residential project that is for a long standing top quality client. Construction are firing on all cylinders as is the mining services group, glad to read the comments of Mr Kempton recently in the AFR saying they intend to stay well away from development in the near future. I know old Chairman Kev is a founding member of the Qld white shoe brigade, but WTP have a significant skill set in tendering, construction & delivery of very large projects & don't need the increased development risk associated with it.
