If you go back and look at the purchases made by Suncorp (GIO and Promina) and the reasons behind those purchases, and then look at the SP performed after those purchases, it may shine some light on why the SP is where it is.
Market is probably weary of the stock as a result.

JM left a few years back, which should have lead to a much improved company, appears not the case.

HUGE POTENTIAL, however long-term have proved inability to convert the potential. Unlikely to change in near future.

Given current global uncertainty would see further downside in the near term, perhaps to GFC levels
