Consensus dividend payments for FY15 are about 93c.
This excludes any of those "extra special" dividends if the weather is good to us.
A dividend payout of 93c on the current share price is about a 6.75% return... and then there are the franking credits.
The confusion surrounding these recent cyclones presents a good buying opportunity. I'll be adding to my position over the next week.
