jcoure-any natural disasters that don"t actually eventuate for the "risk" season , just add to the "honey" pot of prospective special divs. that SUN are noted for.with a very high PE and payout ratio,if the season of events is not benign,then investors become nervous and revalue the sp,and quite rightly so.
anyone buying in at the moment just on sp decline,could be even further disappointed as a result of the latest cyclone in QLD,and the announcement of future damage payouts.
