I know about the summons because I am the one who issued it. I don't hold shares in the company for obvious reasons. The Company has had issues with paying several progress claims (Three consecutive payments where not made) to my company so we entered into a payment plan but they have failed to maintain the payments.

I simply copied and pasted the "debt to equity ratio" from the Commsec website, make of it what you will. The sector is 31.4%.

The company definitely still owes money from at least September 2015.
