So I am curious, what is your interest in the company since you don't hold? How do you know about any supposed summons? If it is public information where is the source?
Your debt to equity ratio on a prior post is incorrect, a debt to assets would be more appropriate as the debt is recorded on the balance sheet but the assets are only recorded at cost, if a builder builds a home, he doesn't charge himself to make a profit. DGX had $8m in cash at 31st December and from the Annual Report the debts due in 2016 have already been settled.
