Not sure what you are asking but of course my contract was with Diploma, that's why i issued Diploma with a summons, not Norup + Wilson.
Norup + Wilson were the clients, they contracted Diploma to build the building and Diploma contracted me to do the earthworks. Apart from the 2.5% percent final retention Diploma have been paid in full. Diploma can not afford to pay me so i have issued them with a summons.
