well, after CMY and IDC's failed attempt on retaining the Cambodian licenses last year, George Niumatawalu was involved in another company that tried to fish the Cambodian licenses right after, probably in hope of getting big funds and divert them to PNG like what they did right after IDC's IPO previously ... puzzles are falling into place perfectly... anyone with half a brain can make the link between these 7 companies by now...
