I don't believe at this time, any small movement day to day can be regarded as SMM shareholders giving in.
Even in regards to SMM's largest fund shareholder selling, doesn't necessary mean that PDN was the buyer.
That stake could have been bought by another fund believing that a higher bid is coming in, from either PDN, or another uranium stock.
The stake could even have been bought by another uranium stock like Dennison for example, if they were going to make a bid themselves for SMM.
This is just the beginning chapter, IMHO.
