The problem is not the mine, the company or the management, but the location. If the Turkish economy implodes it is not too hard to imagine that AQC might be forced to sell their output in Turkish lira to a state entity at a less than market rate or not being allowed to send money out of the country.
Having said this anything under $2.50 looks like a good price.
