Yep... there's a big difference between a company being undervalued because the broader market is down and a company being undervalued compared to it's peers who are already undervalued because of the broader market.
It tells me this is undervalued on top of undervalued... LOL
This means it has some immediate catching up to do. Now the market just has to realize the value.
It's a good thing too that the drilling is very aggressive, it should mean constant news flow.
