The problems associated with the bidders statement could have been resolved very early in the peace saving a whole lot of time and money in the process.

Cottee gave them this opportunity to prevent the exact mess we are in.

Yes the bidders statement was a mess but this could have been brought to QGCs attention very early in the process.

It would have been practicle for SGL to negotiate in January!
