    But look at it from this point of view...in the interests of shareholders if SGL had of come to the table from go we wouldn't be in this mess and prices wouldn't be so volitile.

    The problems associated with the bidders statement could have been resolved very early in the peace saving a whole lot of time and money in the process.

    Cottee gave them this opportunity to prevent the exact mess we are in.

    Yes the bidders statement was a mess but this could have been brought to QGCs attention very early in the process.

    It would have been practicle for SGL to negotiate in January!
