Cottee didnt have the courtesy to contact the SGL Board before the offer. Then engages the former advisors of SGL to put out a document that the Takeovers Panel said had to be withdrawn.

Personally if I was a SGL Director I wouldnt return his calls either. He didnt have the courtesy to contact them in the first place & comes up with an opportunistic offer with a suspect document (& advisors!).

What is there to discuss ? - All the SGL Directors will & can say is give us a real offer first so we can consider it.
